Repair of ventricular septal defect in infants with body weight less than 10 kg

摘要: 目的:总结10 kg以下婴幼儿室间隔缺损的外科治疗经验。方法:83例10 kg以下先天性心脏病室间隔缺损患儿均在全麻低温体外循环下行一期矫治术。结果:本组无病死,并发肺炎22例,心律失常3例,气胸2例,低心排1例,残余分流1例。结论:反复肺炎和肺动脉高压的室间隔缺损婴儿应尽早手术。选择适当的手术时机,合理有效的围术期治疗,可提高治疗成功率。

Abstract: Objective: To review the efficacy of ventricular septum defect repair in infants with body weight less than 10 kg.Methods: Of 83 infants(male 53,female 30),the ventricular septum defect(VSD) were repaired under cardiopulmonary bypass.Results: No death occurred.Postoperative complications were pneumonia 22 cases,arrhythmia 3 cases,pneumothorax 2 cases,low output syndrome 1 case,and residual shunt 1 cases.Conclusions: VSD in infant with repeated pneumonia and pulmonary hypertension should be operated on as early as possible.Rational and effective treatment of all process could make the increase of the successful rate.
