血清CEA、CA153、CA125联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的应用

      目的: 分析血清CEA、CA153、CA125联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。
      方法: 以72例乳腺癌病人为乳腺癌组;同期68例良性乳腺病病人作为良性乳腺病组,常规体检的70名健康志愿者为健康对照组;3组研究对象均进行血清CEA、CA153、CA125联合检测,分析3个肿瘤标志物对乳腺癌的诊断价值。
      结果: 乳腺癌组病人血清CEA、CA153、CA125水平均高于良性乳腺病组及健康对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.01);良性乳腺病组与健康对照组血清CEA、CA153、CA125水平差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05);观察组的血清CEA、CA153、CA125及三者联合检测阳性检出率分别为50.78%(38/72)、68.06%(49/72)、59.72%(43/72)及80.56%(58/72),阳性检出率显著高于良性乳腺病组及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01);ROC曲线分析血清CEA、CA153、CA125及三者联合检测曲线面积分别为0.684、0.763、0.623、0.841。
      结论: 在乳腺癌诊断中,采取血清CEA、CA153、CA125联合检测,可提高阳性检出率,值得临床应用。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To analyze the value of combined detection of serum CEA, CA153 and CA125 in the diagnosis of breast cancer.
      Methods Seventy-two breast cancer patients were selected as the breast cancer group. Sixty-eight patients with benign breast disease during the same period were selected as the benign breast disease group. 70 healthy volunteers with routine physical examination at the same time were randomly selected as the healthy control group. Three groups of subjects were tested for serum CEA, CA153 and CA125 to analyze the diagnostic value of three tumor markers for breast cancer.
      Results The serum levels of CEA, CA153 and CA125 in patients with breast cancer were significantly higher than thosewith benign breast disease and healthy controls (P < 0.01), there was no significant difference in serum CEA, CA153 and CA125 levels between benign breast disease group and healthy control group (P > 0.05). The positive detection rates of serum CEA, CA153, CA125 and their combined detection in the observation group were 50.78% (38/72), 68.06% (49/72), 59.72% (43/72) and 80.56% (58/72), respectively. The positive detection rate was significantly higher than that in the benign breast disease group and the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). ROC curve analysis showed that the curve areas of serum CEA, CA153, CA125 and their combined detection were 0.684, 0.763, 0.623 and 0.841, respectively.
      Conclusion In the diagnosis of breast cancer, the combined detection of serum CEA, CA153 and CA125 can improve the detection rate of breast cancer, which is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
