羟甲碘合剂作根管充填剂的疗效观察

Paste of hydroxyapatite-iodine-flagy as root canal filling material

摘要: 目的: 探讨羟甲碘合剂作为根管充填剂的疗效。方法: A组120牙用羟基磷灰石、甲硝唑、碘仿合剂作根管充填剂;B组150牙用丁香油氧化锌牙胶尖作根管充填,进行3个月、6个月、1年及3年的临床疗效观察和根尖X线观察,并进行对比。结果: 3年内临床观察A组疗效高于B组(P<0.05);在促进根尖孔闭合,诱导根尖周骨质再生,A组亦明显高于B组(P<0.01~P<0.005)。结论: 羟甲碘合剂是一理想的根管充填剂。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the paste of hydroxyapatite-iodine-flag as root canal filling material.Methods: The 120 teeth in group A were treated by the paste of hydroxyapatite-iodine-flagy as root canal filling material.The 150 teeth in group B were treated by the paste of zincoxide-eugend and gutta percha point as root canal filling material.The clinical effects were evaluated based on the evidence of X-ray and the follow-up results of 3 months,6 months,1 year and 3 years were compared.Results: The effect was better in group A than in group B(P<0.05);and so was the reconstruction of apical bone(P<0.01 to P<0.005).Conclusions: The paste of hydroxyapatite iodine flag is the ideal material for root canal filling.
