乳腺癌pS2、neu癌基因表达与淋巴结转移的关系

Relationship between the expression of pS2 and neu oncogene in breast carcinomas and metastases of drainage lymph nodes

摘要: 目的: 探讨女性乳腺癌pS2、neu的表达及其意义。方法: 应用免疫组化SP法对65例乳腺癌组织蜡块进行回顾性检测。结果: 在65例乳腺癌中,pS2阳性表达率为50.8%;neu阳性率为46.2%,且淋巴结转移组和未转移组间差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论: neu基因蛋白的过表达与淋巴结转移关系密切,检测neu表达情况可以作为判断乳腺癌患者预后的重要参考指标之一。

Abstract: Objective: To study the expression of pS2 and neu oncogene in female breast carcinomas and its significance.Methods: Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the oncogene expression retrospectively in tissue blocks of 65 cases of breast cancer.Results: The positive expression of pS2 and neu are 50.8% and 46.2%,respectively,in 65 cases of breast cancer.The positive rates of neu oncogene in lymph node metastasis were markedly different from that without metastasis(P<0.01).Conclusions: The overexpression of neu oncogene correlates with lymph node metastasis intimately.Therefore,clinic investigation of the expression neu may be one of important reference indexes to predict prognosis in patients.
