大脑中央前沟的三维重建与可视化研究

摘要: 目的:为大脑中央前沟邻近区域立体定向、介入放射及微创外科等提供三维可视化模型。方法:6名健康志愿者颅脑薄层MRI扫描数据,利用3D-Doctor软件包,采用面重建法对人工分割后并用不同颜色标识的大脑中央前沟、大脑纵裂、侧脑室以及大脑外表面轮廓行三维重建。结果:首次成功重建健康国人大脑中央前沟在整脑中的三维可视化模型。模型可以任意方位旋转,可从不同角度观察中央前沟三维立体形态、其在大脑中的空间位置以及其与周围重要结构毗邻关系。结论:基于MRI资料的人脑结构数字化、可视化的三维重建具有可行性。在神经解剖学研究、立体定向神经外科导航手术、远程诊治及网上多媒体教学等领域将具有良好的应用价值。Abstract: Objective:To reconstruct and visualize the three-dimensional model of the precentral sulcus and its adjacent domains for stereotactic anatomy,interventional radiology and minimal invasive surgery.Methods:The precentral sulcus,longitudinal fissure,the lateral ventricle,the cerebrum surface profile of the head were identified and segmented on MRI transverse of six healthy volunteer's heads,and their three-dimensional models were reconstructed in 3D-Doctor software package with the method of surface rendering.Results:The first successful three-dimensional model of the precentral sulcus was reconstructed.The precentral sulcus,other interesting structures and their spatial relations were observed in three-dimensional virtual space in random angles.Conclusions:It is hoped that the three-dimensional reconstruction and visualization of the precentral sulcus based on the MRI would benefit for the study of neuroanatomy,stereotactic neurosurgery,remote imaging diagnosis and multimedia teaching.
