改良原长法和改良Millard法在双侧唇裂整复中的应用及比较

Comparison of modified non-elongated cheiloplasty and modified Millard's operation in repairing bilateral cleft lips

摘要: 目的:探讨改良原长法和改良Millard法整复双侧唇裂的手术方法和临床效果。方法:应用改良原长法和改良Millard法修复双侧唇裂54例,并采用新的评价标准对术后效果进行评价。结果:改良原长法术后总良好率44.74%,改良Millard法术后良好率43.75%。结论:改良Millard法更适合于双侧不完全性唇裂,而改良原长法适合于多种类型的双侧唇裂。

Abstract: Objective: To study the procedure and clinical effect of modified non-elongated cheiloplasty and modified Millard's operation for repair of bilateral cleft lips.Methods: Fifty-four cases of bilateral cleft lips were treated by modified non-elongated cheiloplasty or by modified Millard's operation.The outcome was evaluated by the new standards.Results: The results were good in 44.74% of the cases by modified non-elongated cheiloplasty and in 43.75% of the cases by modified Millard's operation.Conclusions: Modified Millard's operation is more suitable for repair of incomplete bilateral cleft lips,while modified non-elongated cheiloplasty for other types of bilateral cleft lips.
