Abstract:
Objective: To explore an effective therapy for hemorrhage induced by gastrointestinal vascular malformation.
Methods: The clinical data of 7 cases of gastrointestinal-vascular-malformation-induced hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively, and 5 of the cases confirmed by gastroscope received surgical therapy.
Results: All the cases were cured.
Conclusions: Repeatedly bleeding of the upper gastrointestinal tract requires prompt endoscopic diagnosis and definite orientation. Gastro-resection is an effective way to cure gastrointestinal vessel malformation.
