股骨头缺血性坏死数字减影血管造影及介入治疗效果观察

Digital subtraction angiography in interventional therapy for avascular necrosis of femoral head

摘要: 目的:通过研究股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)数字减影血管造影(DSA)及溶栓治疗疗效资料,探讨有效的介入治疗ANFH的方法。方法:对临床和影像诊断为ANFH的32例共51个股骨头采用Seldinger穿刺技术超选择性插管造影和介入治疗。结果:股骨头供血血管主要来自髂外动脉的旋股内动脉的分支,占89%;DSA表现为缺血性、淤血性、缺血和淤血并存。结论:超选择性插管介入溶栓术是ANFH有效的治疗手段。

Abstract: Objective: To explore an effective interventional therapy for avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH) by studying the digital subtraction angiography(DSA) and the clinical data.Methods: Thirty-two cases with 51 hips of ANFH which were diagnosed by clinical examination and radiology received treatment of thrombolysis and perfusing drugs through catheter.Results: The arteries of femoral head in 89% of the cases arose from the lateral femoral circumflex arteries and the imagings of DSA manifested as ischemia,congestion,or a combination of ischemia and congestion.Conclusions: The interventional therapy for ANFH is effective for treatment of ANFH.
