股浅静脉瓣膜腔外修复术治疗体会

Extra-vascula prosthesis operation on valve of femoral vein

摘要: 目的:探讨股浅静脉瓣膜腔外修复术治疗下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全的治疗效果。方法:对股浅静脉瓣膜腔外修复术的10例下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:10例接受股浅静脉瓣膜腔外修复术的患者手术均成功,症状完全消失,术后随访6~18个月,症状无复发。结论:股浅静脉瓣膜腔外修复术治疗下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全具有手术创伤小、并发症少、疗效确切的特点。

Abstract: Objective: To discuss the therapeutic efficacy of extra-vascular prosthesis operation on deep venous insufficiency of lower limb.Methods: The clinical data of 10 cases of chronic venous insufficiency treated by extra-vascular prosthesis operation were analyzed retrospectivly.Results: The successful rate was 100%,and the symptoms vanished completely.All the cases were followed up for 6 to 18 monthes after operation and no recurrence was observed.Conclusions: Extra-vascula prosthesis operation has the advantages of tiny trauma,few omplications and affirmative effect in treatment of deep venous insufficiency of the lower limb.
