The clinical application of LigaSure vessel sealing system combined with crushing clamp method in hepatolobectomy

摘要: 目的：探讨LigaSure血管闭合系统结合钳夹法在肝叶切除术中的应用价值。方法：采用LigaSure血管闭合系统结合钳夹法闭合处理肝脏动静脉及门静脉三级以下分支，5-0 Proline线加LigaSure血管闭合系统闭合处理肝左静脉及肝中静脉属支。结果：手术时间127～230 min，术中失血150～500 ml，住院时间8~14 d，无术后腹腔内出血、胆漏及死亡病例。结论：LigaSure血管闭合系统结合钳夹法是一种安全可靠的肝叶切除方法。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical application of LigaSure vessel sealing system(LVSS) combined with crushing clamp method in hepatolobectomy.Methods: The hepatic artery and vein and less than level 3 branch of portal vein were treated with LVSS and crushing clamp method,the branches of left hepatic vein and middle hepatic vein were treated with 5-0 Proline line ligature combined with LVSS.Results: The time of operation was 127-230 min,the volume of bleeding was 150-500 ml,and the average time of hospitalization stay was 8 to 14 days.No intra-abdominal hemorrhage,bile leakage and death after operation were found.Conclusions: LVSS combined with crushing clamp method in hepatolobectomy was a safe and reliable means.
