Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effective treatment program for cerebellar hemorrhage.
Methods: One hundred and sixty-two cases of cerebellar hemorrhage were studied retrospectively,of whom 96 cases were treated by medicine and the other six were received surgical operation.
Results: Of the 102 cases,91 were survived and the other 11 patients were died.
Conclusions: For the patients of cerebellar hemorrhage with a mild symptom who are not in a coma, conservative treatment with medicine is safe, whereas for those patients whose conditions deteriorate and whose consciousness becomes blurred, the emergency operation must be taken.
