Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the clinical and MRI features of demyelinating in children disease.
Methods: Thirty eight cases of demyelinating disease were analyzed retrospectively.
Results: The brain MRI of 20 cases with multiple selerosis and 18 cases with acute disseminated encephalomyelitis were all abnormal.MRI showed T

1isosignal or low signal focus and T
2W
1 high signal focus in the matter,basal nuclci,brain stem and cerebellum.
Conclusions: Demylinizing disease in children dispays diversified clinical manifestation.MRI may be used as a means for early diagnosis of demyelinating in children. Back
