Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the influence factors of patient satisfaction for providing the suggestions regarding the improvement of medical service.
Methods: The patient satisfactions of medical service were investigated by questionnaire.
Results: The differences of the general satisfaction and overall satisfaction of patient,and correlations of the first visit to hospital and hospital stays with overall satisfaction were statistical significance(
P<0.05).The difference of the correlation of eight dimensions of medical service satisfaction with overall satisfaction was statistical significance(
P<0.01).
Conclusions: The overall evaluation of patient on hospital is high.The evaluations of the medical treatment cost and procedure,and diet and lifestyle of patient on hospital are low.The service quality and medical treatment technique should be improved to increase the patient satisfaction.
