Abstract:
Objective To observe the difference of application effect between a new type of hard endoscopic line cleaning device and the conventional hard endoscopic line cleaning method.
Methods From April to September 2020, 4570 hard endoscopic lines were cleaned by manual cleaning method, and the control group was set up; From April to September 2021, the patent applied hard endoscopic line cleaning device was used to clean the hard endoscopic line for 4650 times, and the observation group was set up; The unqualified rate, water falling rate, damage rate and cleaning efficiency of hard endoscope wire cleaning in the two groups were compared.
Results The unqualified rate, water falling rate and damage rate of hard endoscopic line cleaning in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.01), and the average cleaning time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.01).
Conclusion The hard endoscopic line cleaning device proposed in this study has obvious effect in improving the cleaning efficiency of hard endoscopic line, reducing the water drop rate and damage rate, and ensuring the cleaning quality.
