    Three-Dimensional reconstrutction and visualization of the Rolando's fissure

    • 摘要: 目的:为大脑中央沟区立体定向、介入放射及微创外科等提供三维可视化模型。方法:在微型计算机上,5例正常成人颅脑横断位MRI扫描数据以Dicom 3.0格式直接导入3D-Doctor软件,人工分割Rolando裂、侧脑室、正中裂及大脑,分别以不同颜色标识;采用面重建法对Rolando裂及整脑同时行三维重建。结果:成功重建Rolando裂在整脑中的三维可视化模型,再现了Rolando裂的三维形态及在大脑中的空间位置。模型可以任意方位旋转观察。结论:应用MRI数据建立Rolando裂三维模型,可从不同角度观察Rolando裂三维立体及其与周围重要结构毗邻关系,可在模型上进行三维解剖学测量,期望为构建神经外科虚拟训练系统和手术策划系统奠定计算解剖学基础。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To reconstruct and visualize three-dimentional model of Rolando fissure for the stereotactic anatomy.Methods: Rolando fissure,the lateral ventricle,the cerebrum and the borderyline of head were identified and segmented on a series of transverse MRI of head,and the three-dimentional model of them were reconstructed in 3D-Doctor workstation with the method of surface rendering.Results: The three-dimentional model of Rolando fissure,other interesting structures and their spatial relation were observated in three-dimensional virtual space in random angles.Conclusions: Anatomical observation and measurement can be implemented in the three-dimentional model.Furthermore,it was hoped that the model would benefit to virtual surgical training and surgical planning in neurosurgery.
