星形细胞瘤脑血容量与RhoA表达相关性研究

    CT perfusion imaging of astrocytoma and its correlation with the expression of Ras homologue A

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨星形细胞瘤CT灌注参数——脑血容量(CBV)与Ras相似物A(Ras homologue A,RhoA)表达的相关性。方法:测量17例高级别(Ⅲ、Ⅳ级)星形细胞瘤及14例低级别(Ⅰ、Ⅱ级)星形细胞瘤的CBV值,免疫组织化学法测定瘤组织RhoA表达,比较CBV与RhoA表达的相关性。结果:低级别星形细胞瘤CBV值及RhoA的表达免疫反应评分显著低于高级别星形细胞瘤(P<0.01)。星形细胞瘤CBV值与RhoA之间呈明显的正相关关系(P<0.01)。结论:灌注成像对星形细胞瘤术前分级有较高的临床应用价值。CBV灌注图是活体检测肿瘤侵袭性的较好工具。

       

      Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationship between the value of cerebral blood volume(CBV) and Ras homologue A(RhoA) expression.Methods: CT perfusion imaging was performed in thirty-one cases of astrocytomas(14 cases of low grade astrocytomas and 17 cases of high grade astrocytomas).The CBV and RhoA expression were determined by immunohistochemical method,and the relation between them was analyzed.Results: The CBV value and immunoeactivity score in high grade astrocytoma tumors were higher than that in low grade astrocytoma tumors(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between CBV value and RhoA expression(P<0.01).Conclusions: CT perfusion imaging is valuable in preoperative grading of astrocytoma,and CBV is advantageous in evaluating the invasion of astrocytomas.
