中性粒细胞在深Ⅱ度烧伤早期创面进行性损伤中的作用

Role of neutrophils in early progressive injury of deep partial-thickness burn wound

摘要: 目的:探讨中性粒细胞在深Ⅱ度烧伤创面早期进行性损伤中的作用。方法:分析360例烧伤患者的血常规检查报告中性粒细胞的变化,观察烧伤深Ⅱ度创面的愈合时间。结果:入院时中性粒细胞均高于正常,很快降至正常的创面愈合快,下降慢的深Ⅱ度创面愈合时间延长。结论:中性粒细胞导致的创面损伤可能烧伤后即发生,入院后应使用抗氧化剂及蛋白酶抑制剂。

Abstract: Objective:To observe the role of neutrophils in early progressive injury of deep partial-thickness burn wound.Methods:The neutrophils in 360 cases of deep partial-thickness burn wound were counted,and the recovery time was observed.Results:The count of neutrophils in all the patients was high at the time of admission.The faster the count of neutrophils descended,the longer the recovery time was.Conclusions:The tissue injury induced by neutrophils occurs before hospitalization.Anti oxidant agent and proteinase inhibitor should be administered immediately after the patients are hospitalized.
