宫腔镜治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤及子宫颈息肉33例临床分析

Hysteroscopic treatment of submucous myoma of uterus and cervical polyp in 33 patients

摘要: 目的: 探讨宫腔镜治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤及子宫颈息肉的临床效果。方法: 回顾性分析33例宫腔镜电切治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤及子宫颈息肉的临床资料。结果: 33例均一次性成功在宫腔镜下电切,无手术并发症,出血少。结论: 宫腔镜治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤及子宫颈息肉具有术中出血少、术后疼痛轻、住院时间短的优势,可行且安全有效。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the hysteroscopic treatment of the submucous myoma of uterus and the cervical polyp.Methods: The data of hysteroscopic treatment of the submucous myoma of uterus and the cervical polyp in 33 patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results: Thirty-three patients received the operation successfully without complications and with little bleeding.Conclusions: The hysteroscopic treatment of the submucous myoma of uterus and the cervical polyp is safe and effective with less bleeding and postoperative pain,and shorter hospitalization time.
