Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on social factors cesarean section.
Methods: Two hundred puerperas were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(100 cases each group). The control group were treated with the conventionally intrapartum nursing, the observation group were treated with nursing intervention measures according to its social factors. The nursing effects between two groups were compared.
Results: The difference of the pre-natal childbirth way selected by puerpera and their family in two groups was not statistical significance(
P>0.05).After nursing intervention, the cesarean delivery rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(
P<0.01).
Conclusions: Nursing intervention can reduce maternal childbirth pain, social factors cesarean section and postpartum maternal complications, and improve the patient's trust and quality of obstetric service.
