Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the curative effects and safety of amiodarone in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction elderly patients complicated with ventricular arrhythmia. Methods:One hundred and ten acute myocardial infarction elderly patients complicated with ventricular arrhythmia were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group(56 cases)and control group(54 cases) were treated with 150 to 300 mg of amiodarone by intravenous injection, then intravenous drip with 0.5 to 1.5 mg/min and 50 to 100 mg of lidocaine by intravenous injection, then intravenous drip with 1 to 4 mg/min,respectively.The number of ventricular arrhythmia,PR interval,QRS wave time, correct QT and adverse reactions in two groups were observed at 24 hours after treatment. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group(94.64%) was higher than that of the control group(83.33%)(PPP>0.05).Conclusions:The effects of amiodarone in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction elderly patients complicated with ventricular arrhythmia are good, and no obvious added side effects are found.Amiodarone can be used as a preferred drug in treating acute myocardial infarction elderly patients complicated with ventricular arrhythmia.
