结肠息肉内镜下治疗术前评分分级意义的探讨

The significance of score and rating of colon polyps before endoscopic treatment

摘要: 目的：探讨结肠息肉术前评分对结肠息肉内镜下治疗后并发症的影响。方法：根据息肉数目、大小、形态、病理等对213例结肠息肉患者内镜下术前予以评分分级，对不同级别采取不同术式治疗，分析其对术后并发症的影响。结果：213例结肠息肉评分分级中A级56例(26.2%)，B级121例(56.8%)，C级36例(16.9%)，术后仅1例于第1天少量出血，予局部喷洒1∶10 000肾上腺素溶液，继续禁食48 h，未见再出血。余术后无严重并发症发生。结论：结肠息肉内镜下治疗术前予以充分评分分级，选择不同的治疗方法可以减少术后并发症的发生。

Abstract: Objective:To preliminarily analyze of the effect of preoperative score and rating on postoperative complications of colon polyps.Methods:According to the number of polyps,size,shape,pathological,total of 213 cases of colon polyps were scored and rated before endoscopic treatment of colon polyps,analyzed the impact of postoperative complications.Results:According to preoperative scores and ratings,choosing different endoscopic treatment,no case of serious postoperative complicationg was occurred in 213 patients with colon polyps.Conclusions:According to preoperative scores and ratings,choosing different endoscopic treatment can reduce postoperative complications of colon polyp.
