摘要

摘要: 目的：探究手法复位、可塑性夹板外固定配合中药封包外敷治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效。方法：采用手法复位、可塑性夹板外固定、中药封包外敷结合早期功能锻炼等方法，治疗拒绝手术的54例踝关节骨折患者。结果：通过10～20个月随访，用Olerud-Molander踝关节骨折疗效评分系统进行预后评定，优36例(66.7%)，良17例(31.5%)，差1例(1.9%)。结论：经手法复位、可塑性夹板外固定结合中药封包外敷治疗踝关节骨折的效果显著，是拒绝手术内固定治疗患者的最佳选择。

Abstract: Objective:To explore the clinical effects of manual reduction and plasticity splint fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine packet in the treatment of ankle fracture.Methods:Fifty-four patients with ankle fracture were treated with manual reduction and plasticity splint fixation,traditional Chinese medicine packet and early functional exercise..Results:All patients were followed up for 10 to 20 months.Excellent in 36 cases(66.7%),good in 17 cases(31.5%) and poor in 1 case(1.9%) were found according to the prognosis assessment of Olerud-Molander ankle fracture scoring system.Conclusions:The clinical effects of manual reduction and plasticity splint fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine packet in the treatment of ankle fracture are good.The treatment is optimal choice for the patients with fear of surgery,financial difficulty and other reasons.
