Abstract:
Objective:To study the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of peripheral artery injury. Methods:The clinical data of 32 cases with peripheral artery injury(including blunt injury in 22 cases, penetrating injury in 7 cases and iatrogenic injury in 3 cases) were retrospectively analyzed.Two,5,1,22 and 2 cases were treated with artery wall repairing, simple ligation,end-to-end anastomosis, autologous vein graft and covered stent inplant,respectively.Results:Twenty-eight cases cured,4 cases were amputated and no case died. The cure rate, amputation rate and mortality were 87.50%,12.50% and 0.00%,respectively.Conclusions:The early diagnosing, effective controlling bleeding,anti-shock treating, correct operating, revascularizating, early cutting fascia and appropriate managing the compound wounds can decrease the mortality and morbidity.
