Abstract: Objective:To investigate the value of echocardiography in diagnosis of the rupture of aortic simusal aneurysm and its complications.Methods:Eighteen patients were detected to have the rupture of aortic simusal aneurysm by echocardiography,and the result was compared with that by pathology examination.Results:Seventeen cases were confirmed to have the rupture of aortic sinus aneurysm by echocardiography,and its diagnosis accordance rate with the result by pathology reached 94.44%;12 cases were confirmed to have complications by echocardiography,and the diagnosis accordance rate with the result by pathology was 92.31%.Conclusions:The echocardiography is in high accordance with pathology examination in diagnosis of the rupture of aortic sinus aneurysm and its complications;it may provide a reliable basis for the choice of therapeutic regimens.It is the preferred method of inspection.
