Abstract:
Objective:To explore the correlation between human sperm DNA integrity and related semen parameters in male infertility. Methods:Semen samples of male infertients(100 cases) were collected.Sperm chromatin dispersion experiment was used to detect the sperm DNA integrity, mixed agglutination reaction test was used to detect the sperm antibody and computer-aided semen analysis system was performed to detect the seminal parameters. Results:Age was independent of sperm fragmentation rate, semen parameters and anti-sperm antibody(P>0.05).Sperm DNA fragmentation rate was negatively correlated with sperm density and sperm motility(PP>0.05).Anti-sperm antibody was weakly correlated with wobble and straightness(PConclusions:Sperm DNA integrity and anti-sperm antibody as the supplementary index of semen analysis have important clinical significance.
