Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effects of Peer-Assisted Learning in the safety education course of medical students.Methods:Two hundred and six students from a clinical medical department of 2013 class A(the observation group) were divided into 20 Peer-assisted groups,who were taught using Peer-Assisted Learning method.Two hundred and one students from class B(the control group) were taught using the traditional lecturing method.The summative evaluation,teaching experience and satisfaction degree between two groups were compared.Results:The final summary evaluation scores of the observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(PPConclusions:Peer-Assisted Learning can improve the medical students interest of learning safety education course and abilities to solve practical security problems,which can further enhance the teaching effects.
