    Discussion on the teaching reform in higher vocational nursing specialty based on Chinese Licensure Examination for Nurse

    • 摘要: 目的:探索提高高职护理专业学生职业能力和全国护士执业资格考试(护考)通过率的路径。方法:在深入研究2011年护考大纲的基础上,重新编写教材、拟定授课计划、改革教学方法和考试方法。结果:护理专业学生的职业能力及护考通过率明显提高。2011年723名毕业生参加护考,709人通过,通过率达98.06%;2012年780名毕业生参加护考,777人通过,通过率达99.62%。结论:结合护考大纲进行教学改革可以提高学生的职业能力和护考通过率。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To find out ways of improving the nursing students' professional ability and the pass rate in Chinese Licensure Examination for Nurse(CLEN) in higher vocational colleges.Methods:On the basis of studying 2011 CLEN syllabus,we recompiled the textbook,redrew up the teaching plan and reformed the teaching and examination methods.Results:The nursing students' professional ability and CLEN pass rate improved significantly.In 2011,709 of the 723 graduates who had participated in CLEN passed the examination,with a pass rate of 98.06%;and in 2012,777 of the 780 graduates who had participated in the CLEN passed,with a pass rate of 99.62%.Conclusions:The teaching reform based on CLEN syllabus can improve the students' professional ability and their pass rate in CLEN.
