周围神经撕脱加微波热凝术治疗三叉神经第Ⅱ支痛疗效观察

Microwave in treatment of trigeminal neuralgia Ⅱ with avulsion of nerve and tissue

摘要: 目的: 提高三叉神经第Ⅱ支痛的治疗效果,减少复发。方法: 采用经口内周围神经撕脱加微波热凝术治疗三叉神经第Ⅱ支痛65例。结果: 经2~5年随访,术后近期控痛率100%,复发率20%。结论: 该方法安全,创伤小,恢复快,效果好,复发率低,是治疗原发性三叉神经第Ⅱ支痛较好的方法。

Abstract: Objective: To improve the therapeutic results for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia Ⅱ and to reduce recurrences.Methods: Sixty-five patients with second trigeminal neuralgia Ⅱ with avulsion of nerve and tissue were treated with microwave thermocoagulation.Results: All the patients were followed up for 2 to 5 years and the total response rate was 100% in recent years.Complete remission was found in 80% of the patients(52/65)and recurrence was found in 20%(13/65).Conclusions: The method proves to be effective in treating primary trigeminal neuralgia.It has the advantages of safety,slight injury,quick recovery and low recurrence rate.
