Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effect of early intervention on gestational hypertension.Methods:The patients with gestational hypertension regularly for check-ups and deliveries from 2005 January to May 2010 in our hospital were chosen.The cases from January 2005 to June 2007 were not treated with early intervention,and the cases in July 2007 to May 2010 were treated with early intervention group,including maternal health education,psychological guidance,drug intervention and so on.Results:The rates of premature labor,postpartum hemorrhage,cesarean section,fetal distress,in early intervention groupwere significantly lower than in non intervention group(P<0.05-P<0.01).Conclusions:Early intervention can reduce high blood pressure induced obstetric complications during pregnancy,helpto improve pregnancy outcomes,reduce complication incidence of perinatal mother and child,which is worthy of promotion.
