Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the relationships between the different spectrum wave types of early pregnancy fetal venous catheter,and fetal growth and prognosis.
Methods: The blood flow spectrum of venous catheter in 100 fetuses were monitored.The different spectrum wave types were divided into Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ type according to the blood flow of venous catheter.The relationships between the different spectrum wave types,and congenital diseases and fetal growth were analyzed.
Results: The fetus with type Ⅲ wave may have congenital disease,the sensitivity and specificity of which were 85.7% and 98.90%,respectively.The type Ⅱ was more common in the fetus with less than or equal to 60 cm of brachiocephalic length.
Conclusions: The wave types of venous catheter in early pregnancy period can be used one of the standard in judging the growth and development of fetus.
