Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the expression of let-7b in breast cancer. Methods:Using tissue microarray platform and applying in situ molecular hybridization technique for detecting the expression of let-7b in 80 cases of human breast cancer,22 cases of benign breast disease. Results:The positive rates of let-7b was 35.0% in the breast cancer,it was lower than 59.1% in the benign breast disease(P0.05). Conclusions:Down-regulation of let-7b expression might play a role in the pathogenesis and progression of breast cancer.
