膀胱移行细胞癌组织中S期激酶相关蛋白2的表达及临床意义

Expression of S-phase kinase associated protein 2 in bladder transitional cell cancinoma and their clinical significance

摘要: 目的：探讨膀胱移行细胞癌(bladder transitional cell cancinoma，BTCC)组织中S期激酶相关蛋白2(S-phase kinaseassociated protein 2，Skp2)的表达与临床病理的关系。方法：用免疫组织化学S-P法检测63例BTCC和15例正常膀胱组织中Skp2的表达情况。结果：Skp2在BTCC和正常膀胱组织中的阳性率分别为47.6%和6.7%，差异有统计学意义(P；0.01)。Skp2阳性率在膀胱肿瘤病理分级和临床分期中差异均有统计学意义(P；0.01)。结论：Skp2可能参与BTCC的发生、发展，检测Skp2的阳性率有助于BTCC的诊断、恶性程度及预后判断。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the expression of S-phase kinase associated protein 2(Skp2) and their association with clinical pathological characteristics in bladder transitional cell cancinoma(BTCC).Methods:Skp2 protein was examined by immunohistochemical S-P staining method in 63 cases of BTCC and 15 cases of normal bladder tissue.Results:The positive rate of Skp2 in BTCC and normal bladder urothelial tissue were 47.6% and 6.7%,respectively,there was significant difference(P0.01).The expression level of Skp2 in BTCC was positively correlated with tumor grade and clinical stage(P0.01).Conclusions:Skp2 expression might play an important role in the development and progression of BTCC,and the examination of Skp2 expression might be a guide for diagnosis and a determinant of malignancy and prognosis of BTCC.
