Abstract: Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of zinc preparation on rotavirus enteritis.Methods:A total of 72 cases of rotavirus enteritis were divided randomly into treatment group(34 cases) and control group(38 cases).The patients in treatment group were treated with zinc preparation plus conventional treatment,whereas the patients in control group were given conventional treatment only.The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared.Results:The efficiency was 88.2% and 68.4%,the hospitalization days were(4.621.78) and(5.631.99) respectively in treatment group and control group,there were a significant differences between the two groups in efficiency and hospitalization days(P0.05).Conclusions:Zinc preparation has the obvious curative effect on rotavirus enteritis,and it can reduce the hospitalization days and side effects,it is worthy for being widely used in clinic.
