    血脂检测在脂肪肝诊断中应用价值

    The investigation of blood lipids application in fatty liver diagnosis

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨血脂及肝功能检测在脂肪肝诊断中的应用价值。方法:脂肪肝患者80例作为治疗组,体检正常者80名作为对照组,2组分别进行肝脏超声检查,同时抽取空腹静脉血液检测血脂和肝功能指标。结果:脂肪肝患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)含量均明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)却较正常对照组低,差异亦有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:脂肪肝的形成与血脂关系密切,对脂肪肝患者进行血脂和肝功能酶学指标监测有利于早期预防和治疗。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the application of blood lipids and enzymes in fatty liver diagnosis. Methods:Eighty patients with fatty liver were selected as treatment group,80 cases with normal physical examination were selected as control group. Conduct Liver Ultrasound checking were done in the two groups, At the same time serum lipids and enzymes were detected. Results:Serum TC,TG,ALT,AST and GGT contents in fatty liver patients were obviously higher than in control group(P 0. 01),but HDL-C content was lower than in control group(P0. 01). Conclusions:The formation of fatty liver is related with blood lipids. Detecting plasma lipids and enzymes in fatty liver patients is favorable for early prevention and treatment.
