Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effects of dezocine preemptive analgesia on cardiorespiratory and recovery time of painless induced abortion with propofol. Methods:Sixty cases with painless induced abortion were randomly divided into group A,B and C.Group A,B and C were injected the same volume normal saline,fentanyl(1 g/kg) and dezocine(0.05 mg/kg) at the time of 5 minutes before sterilizing respectively and 2 mg/kg of propofol were injected after sterilizing.Operation began after patients consciousness disappear, and 20-40 mg of propofol were added as needed. The data of basic value(T1),after anesthesia(T2),surgery(T3) and after surgery(T4),the operation and awakening time, the dosage of propofol and the grade of anesthesia effect were mesured. Results:The HR in group C postoperation were significantly lower that of preoperation(P0.05),but without further treatment. At T2,the values of SpO2 in group B were significantly lower than that in other two group(P0.01).The propofol consumption in group A were maximum, the recovery time in group C were the shortest and the anesthetic effects of group A were worse than that of group B and C(P0.05).Conclusions:Compared with the effects of alone propofol, the application of dezocine combined with in painless induced abortion is safety and effect, which is worthy to be popularized.
