Abstract: Objective:To investigate the clinical value of three-dimensional CT reconstruction and titanium mesh digital computer in repairing skull defects.Methods:Sixty-eight cases with skull defect were treated with titanium mesh through CT 3D reconstruction.Results:Sixty-four cases healed with beautiful appearance.Two cases with subcutaneous liquid collection were found,which were delayed healing after repeated rinse.One case with subcutaneous infection prolonged unhealed,which healed through secondary repair under removing titanium mesh after six months.One case with titanium mesh exposing were repaired with near the scalp graft.Conclusions:The effects of three-dimensional CT reconstruction and titanium mesh digital computer on treatment of skull defects are good,which have extensive clinical prospect.
