情景教学法在创伤急救护理技能教学中的应用
Application of scene teaching in the nursing skills teaching of trauma emergency

摘要: 目的:探讨情景教学法在创伤急救护理技能教学中的应用效果。方法:采用抛硬币法,将120名全日制护理大专实习生分成对照组和实验组,每组60名。对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用情景教学法开展临床教学。结果:实验组学生的理论成绩、操作技能成绩、危重症病情评估能力和急救配合能力得分均高于对照组(P0.01)。实验组学生对情景教学法的满意度为97.4%。结论:在急诊临床带教中开展情景教学法,有利于提高临床教学效果和护理学生急诊救护综合素质。Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effects of the scene teaching method in nursing skill teaching for trauma emergency.Methods:One hundred and twenty full-time junior college nursing trainees were divided into the experimental group and the control group(60 students each group) by tossing the coin.The experimental and control group were taught by the scene teaching and traditional teaching method respectively.Results:The average scores of the knowledge,practicing skill and clinical practice ability of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group(P0.01).The satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 97.4%.Conclusions:The scene teaching method in nursing skill teaching of trauma emergency is in favour of promoving the effects of clinic teaching and the nursing students comprehensive quality.
