摘要: 正前列腺癌(prostate cancer，PCa)是欧美男性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤，病死率仅次于肺癌。近年来，随着人口老龄化比例的上升和饮食结构的改变，我国PCa的发病率呈现明显的上升趋势。前列腺癌根治术(radical prostatectomy，RP)己经成为临床上治疗局限性PCa的有效手段。但是由于前列腺与海绵体神经血管束(neurovascular bundles，NVB)在解剖学上紧密相连，早期RP后的患者几乎都会出现勃起功能障碍(erection dysfunction，ED)。本文就RP后ED预防和治疗方面的研究作一综述。
