Application of Hybrid technique in the operation of central-type atrial septal defect

摘要: 目的：探讨Hybrid手术在中央型房间隔缺损(ASD)修补术中的应用价值。方法：对19例中央型ASD患者中10例行Hybrid手术，9例行常规外科手术，并对相关指标进行比较。结果：19例患者手术成功，均顺利出院。Hybrid手术住院费用高于常规外科手术(p0.01)，但Hybrid手术时间和修补缺损长径小于常规外科手术(p0.05～p0.01)。结论：Hybrid手术可以替代常规外科手术对部分单纯中央型ASD进行手术治疗。

Abstract: To explore the ap lication of Hybrid technique in the repairing centralype atrial septal defect(AsDMethods:Ten patients(group A)with centralype ASD were operated with the Hybrid technique some related parameters were. ompared with 9 patients under traditional surgery(group B). Results:All operation were successful and all cases were discharged homein good condition. The spending in group A was much more expensive than group B(p0.01),however operative time and repair thedefect length of group A were less than those of group B(P0. O5-p0.01).
