Abstract:
Objective:To observe the protective effect of jinkuihugan decoction on CCl4-induced acute liver injury in mice. Methods:Acute CCl4-induced liver injury model in mice was established. The experimental animals were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, the positive control group(bifendatatum),jinkuihugan decoction at low, medium and high dose groups according to the body weight. The levels of serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and malondialdehyde(MDA) content, superoxide dismutase(SOD) in liver, were determined. Results:The levels of serum ALT and AST of jinkuihugan decoction content at medium and high dose groups were significantly lower than in model group(P0.01),MDA content was significantly lower than in model group and SOD content was significantly higher than in model group(P0.05-P0.01).Conclusions:Jinkuibugan decoction has the protective effect on CCl4-induced acute liver injury in mice.
