Abstract:
Objective:To explore the value of liver fibrosis serum markers and liver function in the patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods:Twenty-three patients with liver cirrhosis in the resting stage and 23 patients with liver cirrhosis in the active stage were investigated. The hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN),procollagen Ⅲ N-terminal peptide(PⅢNP) and collagen type Ⅳ(CⅣ) of liver fibrosis serum markers of all cases were determined by Chemiluminescence method and the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) were detected. Results:The levels of serum HA and LN of the cases with liver cirrhosis in the active stage were markedly higher than that of the cases with liver cirrhosis in the resting stage(P0.05),while the serum levels of PⅢNP and CⅣ of two groups had no significant difference(P0.05).Between the levels of HA,LN,PⅢNP and CⅣ and ALT and AST existed the positive correlation(P0.01 to P0.05).Conclusions:The serum levels of HA,LN,PⅢNP and CⅣ can reflect the degree of liver fibrosis, which change is very important. The serological indexes of liver fibrosis in the liver cirrhosis in the resting stage is obviously lower than that in the active stage. The detection of the serological indexes of hepatic fibrosis combined with liver function can help to monitor the evolution of the disease and treatment.
