骨肉瘤核因子-B、基质金属蛋白酶9、环氧合酶-2的表达及与血管生成的关系

    Expressions of nuclear factor, matrix metalloproteinase-9 and cyclooxygenase-2 in osteosarcoma and their relationship with angiogenesis

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨核因子-B(NF-B)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及环氧合酶-2(COX-2)在骨肉瘤中的表达,分析三者的相关性及其与骨肉瘤组织中血管生成的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测NF-B、MMP-9、COX-2在52例骨肉瘤组织及40例骨软骨瘤中的表达,并采用抗CD34抗体标记微血管内皮细胞,计算微血管密度。结果:在骨肉瘤中NF-B、MMP-9、COX-2的阳性率均高于骨软骨瘤(P0.05),且NF-B与MMP-9、COX-2之间均呈正相关关系,三者与微血管密度值均具有相关关系。结论:NF-B、MMP-9、COX-2在骨肉瘤中均高表达,三者可能对骨肉瘤的血管生成具有促进作用。

       

      Abstract: Objective:To investigate the expressions of nuclear factor-B(NF-B),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) in osteosarcoma and analyze their relationship in angiogenesis.Methods:The expressions of NF-B,MMP-9 and COX-2 proteins in 52 specimens with osteosarcoma were determined by S-P immunohistochemical staining method,and 40 specimens of osteochondroma were served as control.Microvessel density were calculated with anti-CD34 monoclonal antibody stainning.Results:The positive expressions of NF-B,MMP-9 and COX-2 in osteosarcoma were significantly higher than those in osteochondroma(P0.05),there were positive correlations between the expressions of NF-B and MMP-9,NF-B and COX-2,and the close correlations were found between NF-B,MMP-9,NF-B and microvessel density.Conclusions:The expressions of NF-B,MMP-9 and COX-2 in osteosarcoma are all high.The three indexes may promote angiogenesis of osteosarcoma.
