宫腔镜下子宫纵隔切除术123例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 123 cases treated with incision of uterine septum by uteroscope

摘要: 目的:探讨宫腔镜手术治疗子宫纵隔的安全性、疗效及价值。方法:在生理盐水或5%葡萄糖注射液持续宫腔灌流条件下,应用宫腔镜手术治疗子宫纵隔123例。结果:123例患者均次完成子宫纵隔切除术;术后随访到108例已足月妊娠分娩,13例妊娠后又发生流产,2例未妊娠。无例出现副损伤及并发症。结论:宫腔镜治疗子宫纵隔疗效好,手术疼痛轻、恢复快,在门诊局麻下即可完成,可保持女性生殖器官的完整性,使绝大部分患者恢复生育能力。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the safety,efficacy of surgical treatment uterine septum with uteroscope.Methods:Uterine septum of 123 cases were operated with uteroscope under normal saline or 5% glucose continuous injection.Results:In 123 cases,108 cases were full term pregnant childbirth,13 cases were abortion after pregnancy,and 2 cases were no pregnancy.None of them emerged side injury and complications.Conclusions:For treatment uterine septum with uteroscope,the effects are good,surgical pain is light,and recovery is quick.The operation can complete under local anesthesia,can maintain the integrity of reproductive organ,and return the fertility of the majority patients.
