本科护生人文关怀能力调查及相关因素分析

摘要: 目的:了解本科护生人文关怀能力现状,分析其相关影响因素,为护理人文关怀教育提供依据。方法:采用人文关怀能力评价量表对3个年级480名本科护生进行便利整群抽样问卷调查。结果:护生人文关怀能力评分为180.3123.60,护生年龄越小得分越高(p0.01);人文关怀能力自我评价较高者评分高于自我评价较低者(p0.01)。结论:部分本科护生的人文关怀能力仍需提高,学校应加强对护生的人文关怀引导和教育。Abstract: Torelevant factors to provideinvestigate the status of the humanistic. wring ability in nursing under graduate students and analyze its guidance for humanistic education.
