Abstract:
Objective:To summarize the therapeutic; experience of postoperative leakage of gastric caroinoma and to improve the treatment level. Methods:Twelve cases with the leakage of gastric caroinoma were treated with unobstructed drainage, gastrointestinal decompression, nutritional support and the somatostatin. Results:One case discharged himself outside, the others were recovered from the hospital. Conclusions:The measures of unobstructed drainage, decompression, nutritional support and somatostatin are important for promoting the recovery of digestive tract leakage.
