发现式教学法在男患者留置导尿术教学中的应用

    Application of the discovery teaching method in retention catheterization for male patients

    • 摘要: 目的:观察发现式教学法在男患者留置导尿术中的应用效果。方法:将2008级临床医学本科专业116名男学生随机分为观察组和对照组,在男患者留置导尿术的教学中对照组(58名)采用传统教学法,观察组(58名)采用发现式教学法,比较2种教学方法的教学效果。结果:观察组操作考核成绩和违反无菌操作的发生率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(p0.01);学生对发现式教学总体评价满意度为87.93%,其中认为发现式教学开发了潜能,拓展了知识和提高了能力,提高了理论与实际的结合者分别占86.21%、89.66%和91.38%。结论:技能教学中适当采用发现式教学模式能激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生理论联系实践的能力。

       

      Abstract: To explore the effects of the discovery teaching method on retention catheterization for male patients. Methods:One hundred and sixteen boy students of clinical medicine undergraduate of 2008 grade were randomly divided into test and controlgroup(58 boys per group). During the teaching of retention catheterization the control group were taught using traditional teachingmethod and the test group were taught using discovery teaching method. The elfects of two teaching method were compared.
