Abstract:
Objective:To observe the efficacy of quinapril combined with bisoprolol in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods:Seventy-six cases with DCM were randomly divided into control group and treated group,38 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment, and others in treated group were treated with quinapril and bisoprolol on the basis of conventional treatment, and the course of treatment was for one year. The clinical efficacy, mortality, cardiac function and cardiac structural changes were observed before and after treatment. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate was 92.1% and mortality rate was 7.9% in treated group, which were significantly better than in control group, the total effective rate was 63.2%(P0.01) and mortality rate was 28.9%(P0.05).After treatment, the parameters of heart function were significantly improved than pre-treatment in treated group.Left ventriular endsystolic dimension were significantly reduced compared with control group(P0.01),stroke volume, heart rate and ejection fraction were improved significantly compared with control group(P0.01).Conclusions:Quinapril combined with bisoprolol can significantly improve clinical efficacy of DCM and cardiac function, reduce mortality and improve cardiac structure, which can be further applied in treatment of DCM.
