输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段阴性结石42例

Ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy in the management of upper urinary tract radiolucent calculi: report of 42 cases

摘要: 目的:探讨输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段阴性结石的疗效。方法:采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段阴性结石42例。结果:手术时间15~70 min。39例均一次治疗成功,成功率93%。结论:输尿管镜钬激光碎石术是治疗输尿管结石的安全、有效的方法,尤其对输尿管上段阴性结石不失为安全、可靠的选择。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy on the management of upper urinary tract radiolucent calculi.Methods: Ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy was applied to the treatment of upper urinary tract radiolucent calculi in 42 cases,and the effects were evaluated.Results: The mean time for ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy was 21 min(from 15 to 70 minutes).Successful lithotrpsy was achieved in 39 cases and the success rate was 93%.Conclusions: The method of ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy is a safe and effective procedure for the treatment of upper urinary calculi,especially for upper urinary tract radiolucent calculi.
