大脑海马沟的三维重建与可视化

    Three-dimensional reconstruction and visualization of cerebral hippocampal sulcus

      目的: 基于MR图像建立健康成人大脑海马沟的三维立体模型,为海马沟及其周边结构病变的定位及该区域的临床教学实践提供参考资料。
      方法: 选取1名健康成年女性的颅脑冠状面MRI数据以DICOM 3.0格式导入3D Slicer软件中,通过手动分割海马沟、钩沟,半自动勾画侧脑室及脑表面的方法重建出三维可视化模型。
      结果: 成功建立大脑海马沟的三维可视化模型,显示了海马沟、钩沟、侧脑室及脑表面的三维立体形态及相互的空间解剖关系。
      结论: 大脑海马沟的三维可视化模型对该区域解剖形态的认识及海马相关疾病的诊断具有重要的应用价值。

       

      Abstract:
      Objective To establish a three-dimensional model of the hippocampal groove in healthy adults based on MR images to provide reference materials for the localization of lesions in the hippocampal groove and its surrounding structures, and clinical teaching practice in this area.
      Methods The coronal MRI data of the brain of one healthy adult female was selected, and imported into the 3D Slicer software in DICOM 3.0 format. A three-dimensional visualization model was reconstructed by manually segmenting the hippocampal sulcus and uncinate sulcus, and semi-automatically delineating the lateral ventricle and brain surface.
      Results A three-dimensional visualization model of the hippocampal sulcus of brain was successfully established, which showed the three-dimensional morphology of the hippocampal sulcus, unhook sulcus, lateral ventricle and brain surface, as well as their spatial anatomical relationships.
      Conclusions The three-dimensional visualization model of the hippocampal sulci of brain has significant application value in understanding the anatomical morphology of this region and diagnosing hippocampal-related diseases.
