Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of sevoflurane preconditioning on QT dispersion(QTd) and hemodynamical changes following carbon dioxide(CO2) pneumoperitoneum in hypertension patients. Methods:Sixty hypertension patients who received laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into sevoflurane pretreatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases) randomly. The QTd values, mean arterial pressure(MAP) and heart rate(HR) were recorded in pre-induction(T0),before pneumoperitoneum(T1),and immediately(T2),at 5 min(T3),at 10 min(T4) after pneumoperitoneum. Results:In pretreatment group,MAP,HR and QTd value at T2,T3 and T4 were lower than those in control group(P0.05 to P0.01).Conclusions:Sevoflurane preconditioning can shorten QTd value and stabilize hemodynamical changes after CO2 pneumoperitoneum in hypertension patients.
